After her debut as Leonore (Il Trovatore) at the State Opera Stara Zagora, Linka Stoyanova was able to acquire a large repertoire. Appearances as Aida, Butterfly, Desdemona, Amelia (Ballo) and Elisabetta (Don Carlo) took her to Germany, Austria, Portugal, Spain, Norway and France. She has performed several times Nedda and Mimi in the USA. Her portrayals of Mozart roles, such as the Countess Almaviva, Donna Anna and Donna Elvira or Belinda by Purcell are as perfect as the more dramatic roles like Odabella (Attila) or Tosca. Her most recent appearances took place in Bulgaria, The Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany as Mimi, Tosca, Countess Almaviva, Nedda, Michaela and Elvira (Ernani). She also appeared in concerts with the Quartett Kollegium Varna (Händel, Bach, Brahms and Bulgarian composers).
